Reed Exhibitions has been working since 1995 to develop internet services and websites that are secure, simple and respectful towards clients. In accordance with the Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, of  the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE). The details of general information about this website will be shown below.

Reed classifies its clients under the following categories:

• Other individuals with relations or business correspondence upheld by RX.

Types of information collected
There are two fundamental types of information supplied by RX clients. The definitions and forms of address of the above are the following:
Financial information – The Information regarding payments that is collected during the registration process (which includes, among other details, numbers, financial organisations and credit card expiry dates) is considered financial information and is not disclosed under any circumstance.
Professional information – The details given to RX by clients through the available diverse methods of communication are considered professional information. These are stored and managed for RX internal use. Professional information includes, among other details, the name, address, company  name, company address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, as well as question replies from registration forms or surveys.

Information Rights
REED EXHIBITIONS IBERIA, S.A (henceforth REED EXHIBITIONS) with Corporate Tax ID number: A59835447 has adopted the measures and security protection levels of personal data stipulated by  the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of the Protection of Personal Data, and Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services and its development regulations.
The personal data that has been submitted to us, necessary for the provision of our services, has been put into an automatic file which belongs to, and is the responsibilty of,  REED EXHIBITIONS.
The concerned party can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations to the same effect through a written request addressed to lopd@reediberia.com

Professional Secret
All private correspondence between REED EXHIBITIONS and the concerned parties/users will be considered confidential. Information of any kind exchanged between both parties, information agreed to be confidential by both parties, or information regarding confidential information will also remain confidential.
In order to guarantee that the protection of the professional secret between REED EXHIBITIONS and the concerned party is maintained in all correspondence, both parties must ensure that confidential information is disclosed to no one except their lawyer.

Voluntary unsubscription
RX is committed to accepting, upholding and acknowledging the receipt of any client’s request of voluntary unsubscription for future correspondence from both RX as well as those third parties that RX could supply client information to. Reed will accept the following types of voluntaty unsubscription:
Type of sender: Reed or third parties
Type of trade fair: P e.g. EXPO RECLAM
Type of media: Post, Telephone, fax, e-mail (or all)

Security
This website uses a secure server to protect its professional and financial information. To this end, it uses specific software for secure servers, which encodes the information sent between the internet browser and the website. This guarantees the security of the details of the professional and financial transactions when using the site. We fulfil certain strict security procedures regarding the storage and circulation of information provided by you; therefore, on certain occassions, there is the possibility that you will be asked to confirm your identity before being given any type of professional information.

Cookies
Cookies, which are nothing more than a simple text file, are used with websites that are protected by a password. These have nothing to do with executable programmes, which, therefore, makes it impossible for them to contain a virus or any other application. Cookies take up very little space and pose no risk of overloading the hard drive. The RX cookie found stored in your computer as a result of registering in one of our websites only contains the exclusive reference number assigned in the registration process. The cookie does not contain any type of information that could identify you and is only valid when you enter the relevant RX website.

Queries/questions/ voluntary unsubscription

E-mail Addresses
This website is able to recognise the visitors’ servers, but not e-mail addresses. Those addresses that can be identified individually are not registered or saved unless requested. Those persons communicating with RX and supplying an e-mail address consent to receiving future correspondence by these means. Those persons not wishing to receive e-mails can contact RX and request to be taken off the list. In order to do this they must send an e-mail to lopd@reediberia.com giving their name, company name and e-mail address. Consequently, RX supports the rights of the clients to voluntarily unsubscribe. In order for those persons to receive requested information about RX, their name, address, and/or e-mail address, and/or telephone number must be provided so they can be added to our data base and subsequently receive such information.

Responsibility exemption clause
No part of this website can be reproduced or transmitted through any kind of electronic, mechanical (including photocopiers), or recording media, nor with any storage or information retrieval system without gaining prior permission from RX or holders of intellectual property rights.
